All of your documents, files and correspondence are collected into the database, then categorized and logged based on their Document Type, Scan Dates and your own User-defined fields. 

Accident Specific Data Fields include:

• Badge number

• Status

• Appeal status

• Accident date

• Accident number

The relational database structure of the SRIS also allows you to store multiple documents in relation to each badge number.

Searching for specific documents and files is easy using simple "By Example" inquiries based on the Document Type, Scan dates or any of the User-defined fields.  The advanced Pattern Matching even lets you search on partial character strings.  The result is a listing of all Safety documents that meet your criteria.
