Description:
All applicants apply for jobs via the Internet which feeds the Applicant Tracking modules and Microsoft SQL Server database.  As the Personnel office receives other required documents, they are scanned making both images and online application forms available to Principals and Administrators via our Internet Inquiry module.  As applicants complete their electronic screening process, their Gallup ATS scores are downloaded into the database making them available for Principal and Administrator viewing.  As applicants supply their required documents and complete the screen process, their status is updated in an eSchools EIS system, allowing applicant to find out the status of their application.  When an applicant is offered a job, their demographic information is electronically sent to a finger printing system to streamline the hiring process.
As applicant become employees, all employment paperwork is scanned and maintained within the Human Resources Records Management system.
