Requirements:
Applicant information and documentation is handled one time in the
Personnel Office where the information is entered and the documents are
scanned and indexed. All subsequent needs for retrieving, viewing,
printing, and faxing application information is performed through the
WinOcular system. A personnel administrator, recruiter or a
principal at a remote school location can view documents of any applicant
on line.
When an applicant
is hired, their "status" is changed to Employee and the Hiring Workflow
Process software takes over. This hiring process ensures that every step
of the process is tracked. This reduces mistakes, thus improving accuracy
and saving time for everyone involved.
At the end of the
process, information can be transferred, integrated, to your current
payroll system.
