Student Records Archive Compliance Solution
Many
state Laws require that you keep two (2) copies of all student
records. The Student Records Document Management program (SRDM)
from CCR makes this easy and provides additional benefits by
organizing and maintaining your daily student-related activities.
SRDM lets you
scan or import copies of all your student records, correspondence and
relevant documents. Student information can be imported from your
existing student information system as often as desired, or you can
operate the Student Records Document Management system as a

Operating System Phase-out
Technology moves at an incredibly
fast pace -and keeping up with these advances means that at some
point, older Operating Systems no longer meet the requirements of the
latest solutions. To this end, CCR announces obsolescence dates
for the the following Operating Systems. After these dates, CCR
can no longer support, service or warrant the functionality of their
products when running on the following OS's.

NCLB, "Highly-Qualified" and HR's role
CCR, Inc. is
developing a number of tools that will help you manage the huge task
of identifying, organizing, managing and reporting on all the
Personnel issues related to the No Child Left Behind act of 2001.
By 2005, you will be
required to report to Federal and State agencies, as well as parents,
the teaching qualifications status of each of your teachers.
(Are they Highly qualified in every subject they teach, how many
credentials do your teachers have, status of new training activities,
etc.)
These new tools will
connect to your various data systems, mine the appropriate
information, allowing you to add, update and verify specific details,
then build reports and letters as necessary.
