The
NSM Series is offered in
seven different models and uses three drive technologies to create
numerous configuration options for reliable, NearLine storage up
to 6.48 TBs. DISC's modular design concept gives users the
flexibility to configure each library to meet the specific
requirements of their application, and ensures that future
technologies can be easily incorporated. Reliability is the
hallmark of the NSM Series.
No other data storage system can provide the combination of
capacity, security and flexibility.
Introducing the NSM3000U, NSM40000U & NSM7000U Upgrade Models
The NSM3000U, NSM4000U &
NSM7000U models are next-generation CD & DVD libraries that can
adapt to changing storage requirements. Upgrade models come with
the same features and functionality as the rest of the
NSM Series libraries
including intelligent Pack
Technology, for offline data management, and optional
CapacityDoubler for
double-sided media. NSM Series
upgrade models allow users to scale their storage capacity up to
four times within the same chassis.
Rackmount Option for Securing Your NearLine Storage Device
NSM Series models are now
offered with a rackmount option which can be installed in standard
19-inch computer racks and cabinets. Available for new sales, and
upgrades for existing installations, the rackmount kit includes a
secure mounting platform fitted to rolling guides which allows for
quick and easy service access to the sides and rear of the device.
The complete kit mounts flush at the edges of the rack and
includes slide locks for security. |
