Return Policy

  • No returns accepted without an RMA number issued by CCR marked clearly on outside of packaging. Returns are not accepted if they are not in a resalable condition.

  • No returns are accepted after 30 days from date of shipment (except in special cases). However, there is no recourse after 60 days. CCR is more than willing to work with the customer on their choice of scanner or jukebox.

  • If your shipment arrives damaged due to an obvious shipping error, contact CCR in order for us to work with the shipper and the warehouse on sending another scanner/jukebox.

  • If your scanner does not operate properly, then that will be handled by the manufacturer's warranty program.

  • If you do not get resolution from the equipment's manufacturer during the warranty period for your unit, CCR will assist you during the warranty period in representing your concerns to the appropriate manufacturer.

Should you decide to return your scanner, jukebox or other hardware/software item, CCR will issue an RMA # for the return shipment based on the following policies: 

  1. A restocking fee 15% of purchase price is due before an RMA number is issued in the first 30 days from the date of shipment and/or invoice. If the product is a stock item and returned "as new" in its' original, unaltered packaging with all accessories present, 85% credit will be given. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  2. From 31 to 60 days after the invoice date, a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price is due before an RMA number is issued. If the product is a stock item and returned "as new" in its' original, unaltered packaging with all accessories present, 75% credit will be given. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

  3. Warranties on all products sold by CCR are void if the product is tampered with or modified in any fashion.

  4. Product that has been authorized for return, by CCR, is the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly advise insuring the product you return, with the carrier you use.

  5. Returned goods must be shipped, to the warehouse address that CCR issues, freight prepaid. Returns not shipped prepaid or sent C.O.D., will be refused.

  6. Returned goods must include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials. Returned goods MUST be in a resalable condition. If the original packaging provided has been damaged, please provide additional packaging to insure the products safe return. Do not write on any original packaging.

  7. RMA's are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Product returned after the 30 day allowable RMA time period will be refused.

  8. If merchandise returned to CCR's warehouse supplier is not "like new" or in a resalable condition, CCR reserves the right to withhold credit. The customer is responsible for full payment of the original invoice and the replacement, if applicable.

  9. NO SHIPMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED AT CCR OFFICES OR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT AN RMA # MARKED CLEARLY ON THE SHIPPING LABEL AND NOT THE PACKAGING.

Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy

This policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of your invoice.  We strongly urge you to test your purchase as soon as it is received. If your purchase is for a future resale/install and you do not test it, we may not be able to take it back in the event it is DOA.  You must have your product qualified as DOA before return authorization will be granted.  This can be done by calling CCR at 800-956-1866.  CCR has the authority to initiate the RMA, if qualified.  Your return will be bench tested upon receipt.  If the product you returned is deemed not to be DOA, there will be a minimum $110.00 testing and diagnosis charge.  If we can not restock the item as new, credit will not be issued and the product will be returned to you.
