This synergistic new package allows you to find the very best teachers, employees and administrators that match your Districts profiles and goals.  The software routes your applicants directly from the on-line WinOcular application right to the on-line VE Employee Style Profile review.  When they complete the Style Profile questions, they are automatically routed back to WinOcular.

The Ventures for Excellence Style-Profile is an easy-to-use set of web-based questions that help an applicant develop a profile that reflects their teaching style. The profile report is then made available to administrators as a part of the WinOcular application data.  This added information helps to match applicants to district needs. The Style Profile System is intended for use as a screening tool only.  It is a value-added service to make your hiring process more efficient, cost-effective, and timely. Trained district administrators then choose to use the structured interview process for the continued study of screened applicants. 

Since core elements of the Style Profile are included in the WinOcular on-line application, they can be used as a filter for selecting the most appropriate applicants.  For additional profile information, there is a link within the WinOcular application for your administrators and principals to view.
