Texas State Board of Certifications (SBEC) ensures
HOUSSE accuracy by sending certifications
(licensure) directly to WinOcular Software.
Working together, CCR, Inc. and SBEC have
established a way for the ExCET and TeXES test
scores and teaching certifications (endorsements) to
be uploaded directly into CCR, Inc.’s Employee
Portfolio
software.

This technology will save School Districts thousands
of hours in the verification process alone.
Not only does it provide the most up-to-date
certification information, it also saves time
because all of the information is considered fully
authenticated and verified – saving certification
specialists and HR personnel the effort of
personally confirming every certificate and test
score.
This same technology will be integrated into the
WinOcular Applicant Tracking Software to reduce
