Using the Internet, your employees can log their experience, education, coursework, activities, service, and scholarship.  They can also attach documents as supporting evidence.  All that your administrators need to do is verify and approve (or decline) those activities.

This design allows your employee to log everything -and then provide you with the documents and proof you need to verify and validate every detail.  You can scan documents as well as allow employees to upload them directly into the application. 

An advanced verification system lets you qualify every document and activity -an important detail in this age of accountability.  Extensive reports then let you determine the "Highly-Qualified" status -for multiple content areas, as well as determine optimum next-steps for those teachers that don't quite meet the HOUSSE standards.

Applicant Tracking Software Update:

 

New PID (Personal ID)
Maintaining privacy and ensuring compliance with HIPAA is important to school districts across the country.  The latest version of our Applicant Tracking software includes a new feature that tracks applicants via a Personal IDentification (PID) number.  Of course, the Social Security Number is still logged and is used for necessary for activities like accurate criminal background checks.

 

Recent features:

• Combine documents within one Social Security Number

• Delete single-image pages while viewing

• Move one document to another SSN

• Allow group changes of Status and Staffing Type codes via the desktop Inquiry program

• Group Change and Notes are controlled by security levels

• Ability to update a Saved Query

• Re-order of jobs and limit jobs to “Active jobs” while adding them to applicants via the desktop inquiry program

• Added Save Queries function to Internet Query program
